My name is Alessio, I'm 24 and I'm a Ph.D. student on Space Science and Engineering, about Machine Learning and Data Mining. This course is carried on at Department of Biophysical and Electronic Engineering, University of Genoa.
Research Interests
My main research areas include: Text Mining with semantic elaborations, SVM, practical aspects of neural networks, dedicated hardware for machine learning, network security.

April 2004: awarded the first prize in a national competition for the Technical High Schools, field Electronic and Telecommunications. Prize was assigned by the Italian Education Minister.
